I believe joining in Epam is one of the worst decisions I have took. I thought it would be a great company and be so employee friendly. But the policies here are too bad and nothing subjective to reality. for max 3 to 4 months you will be in project and after that its the pur luck if you cleared a project interview. Clearing Epam interview is a bit easy but clearing Project interview once after getting here is a Nightmare. They will see three months and later throw out of the organization but with a exit pay. After getting into project, work will be easy only, but everyone wont understand why project interviews here are that difficult. You can crack World's top company but you can't crack Epam Project Interview. If you dont have any other offers only join Epam, if you have any good company even though less package better take that. Unncessarily I rejected Great companies because of Epam and I feel so regretted. They shall be so terrible in this aspect. If they continue this Epam cant move forward and every new employee take this comapany offer for granted. Blindly dont come Epam, think wisely and take right decision and select other option.

It's noteworthy that a substantial percentage of recent hires are from India and Colombia, potentially raising concerns about the emphasis on quantity over quality in recruitment practices. Allegedly, the company frequently cites budget constraints as a reason for not offering competitive salaries or benefits. Additionally, the absence of a bench and the advice not to fully trust HR processes, given the reported immediate removal of individuals, may be aspects to consider when evaluating EPAM as a potential employer.
