      - good company for young perspectives - do H1B visa - relocate to work in other country - compensate bench time

      Cons

      - If you can't sell yourself right, you just be treated as slave for all that managers hierarchy. Low-level management is just not competent. They treat you as furniture. Your resource is not protected in this company.

      Excellent engineering staff, very talented offshore resources, excellent methodology and great work ethic.

      Cons

      Management. The company is thankless and cynical about their employees. At worst it is a body shop and the managers over here are practiced at using leverage to under pay, treat people poorly and keep them off balance. Salary is low. Bonuses are lied about and not paid. Reviews do not happen Management badmouths employees to other employees and badmouths each other to employees, customers and each other. No career development
