      good culture. good processes. you can switch projects if you want to try some other technologies.

      Cons

      tasks and projects are really boring. as it's outsource company you should do dirty work for the customers.

      Pros

      Good benefits & relocation package, interesting projects, professional employees and flexible corporate culture. Mostly flexible hours (depends on the team). Ability to choose from the bunch of projects, bot external and in-house. Neat processes, good career opportunities - especially for junior staff.

      Cons

      Salary is market average, even if you include benefits in it. Other than that, usual corporate routine with meetings might be slightly disappointing. Long support cycle of projects - so mundane tasks and legacy code digging might be unavoidable.

      no work-life balance, need to be online 24 hours a day, everyone is motivated by a idea, not a monetary compensation
