      Pros

      Family-like atmosphere, easy communication within company, nice management, ability to choose projects you want to work on, good insurance coverage, ability to grow the expertise with mentorship.

      Cons

      Engineer salary is lower than average, sometimes it's hard to get a bonus and an excuse for that provided by the management is that the company experienced financial struggles during the year, although the revenue actually grows from year to year.

      Pros

      It is good job for those who possess few skills and need some money to earn.

      Cons

      - Instead of increasing quality of managers they increase amount of them. - A lot of incompetent and rude people especially at Barclays division. - They are trying very delicately still your many by accounting tricks and referring to interbank currency market as the thing that prevent them pay you as it was greed. - Too noisy work environment. - Too much provincial toadies who are ready throw you to dirt for promotion or a couple of cents that add up to their earnings. - Chosen people all around.

      Belarus - global, system approach, introduce new programs for employee attraction and retention all the time; creative, able to invest in employees.

      Cons

      RU: management not able to focus either on strategy or on employee needs, very tough on spending money BY: all the cons of the really large company, some might say - too much of routine after a while
