      One of the better companies for outsourced projects

      Pros

      Skilled team of colleagues. Relatively good compensation. A lot of international projects and teams.

      Cons

      Therea are only outsourced projects, with technology and methodology contraints often introduced by clients. There is no product development, but there are some inner projects.

      Pros

      Company can propose re-location to US from Ukraine (as was in my case), so great for people who look for such chance. Great benefits, open space office. Every year company increases and grow. Good medical insurance.

      Cons

      As I was re-located so in Ukraine lots of benefits and company events that company pay for its employees, but not here in USA (but I guess this is not exactly EPAM, such policy and less benefits in lots of US companies). I think that as I was relocated, so my salary is less than if I would have worked for some US company.
