      A great IT outsourcing firm, various projects, easier to get promoted compared to other firms.

      Pros

      Various inhouse - outside trainings, great leadership - ability to get promoted by merit, I would say a very meritocracy based professional corporation.

      Cons

      Very strict environment for the banking projects, no mobiles phones or notebooks allowed. Security personal with mace in front entrance, not nice to IT software developers.

      Comfortable and calm office of a biggest IT outsourcing European company

      Pros

      Open space. You might be depressed with first month being here. But after you've adapted, you'll not imagine coming back to rooms-and-coridors office. Modern furniture, comfortable chairs and good air conditioning. Despite it's open-space, there's well-designed workplace where minimum colleagues see you (and you see them).

      Cons

      Location of the office is not ideal. It's close to railway station and surrounded with a maze of one-way broken roads.
