      Pros

      Good salaries, good people, comfortable offices around the world. Possibility for relocation within the company. There are multiple projects to work on.

      Cons

      You need to interview for client projects every time, some project are boring with older technologies. Banking projects are very restrictive.

      Pros

      The biggest IT consulting company in Eastern Europe with lots of opportunities in carrier development. Health insurance benefits are great. The people who work there are amazing

      Cons

      As the company is really big on some processes are really slow but they are working. It's hard to get a raise. Compensation is not competitive.
