      They are not really looking to keep an employee and rather will let you go than make a raise.

      Pros

      The most modern company in Belarus. First global public huge company from Belarus. Unique culture in company. Best place to start for juniors. Best software engineering processes supported by best infrastructure. Good stock option bonuses.

      Cons

      The quality of working places in some Minsk offices: too cheap and simple. Salary promotions are not optimal. Sometimes best strategy to get good promotion: leave company and return back later in right moment.

      Opportunity to relocate to the US: EPAM has solid background in hiring talented people from Belarus, Ukraine and Russia and getting them to the US Opportunity to work for big top US companies as a vendor Competent and helpful HR: helped me a lot with immigration (not only) questions Stability

      Cons

      Salaries: are not as high as in big top companies. Though, if you show good performance... Bonuses: small No 401K plan
