1.In general Staffing managers are incompetent , they will not provide you interview opportunities. 2. For a single client opening all bench resource with same skill is proposed, so only one get a chance for other they opportunity get cancelled automatically in system after 2/3 weeks. 3.Client expectation is high only if there is 100% JD match they consider you for the position. No learning (real time) because you get only projects based on existing skills. Even though there is lot of learning material but you cannot implement them as no one is going to hire if they don't see the same skill along with working experience in CV. 4. Highly insecure Job. If you have a stable job do not fall for WFH or high salary.

I had 4 offers before joining epam but due to wfh and good package, I joined epam anywhere. I was taken by analyzing my skills such as Java, Selenium and some automation questions but it is only to get into epam. Inside Epam, as they say there are 400+ clients but none of them recruited me. Many of us are still in bench. Their expectations are so high as they reject profile at early screening due to no skill match. Most of the projects expect AWS, Docker, some paid automation tools, python injected to spring framework, Java 8(Mandatory). There seems to be interview limit and rejection limit following which they might ask to resign!
