      It could have been much better

      Pros

      Easy to get a job. You may get yourself into an interesting project if you're lucky. Stable company, stable pay check.

      Cons

      Office is a mess. Equipment is inadequate - cheap monitors and SOHO-level PCs. Bureaucracy. Although there are lots of good projects openings, it's not easy to get yourself into one. Basically, the company lends you for a fee. Oh, and if you don't manage to get yourself onboard a billable project for a long time - you're screwed...

      There is no overtimes, good balance between life and work. Very friendly сolleagues

      I did not find. May be salary's increasing process is not so generous as I wanted
