1. Client interviews consists of 3 to 4 rounds,instead of that you can easily find other jobs outside 2. Not relevant hiring. Simply hire the people and make them sit on the bench 3. Not much flexi benefit for tax saving

Epam is a services company they don't tell this while joining.. they speak as if you are working for epam, once joined they will tell you to attend client interviews. This is not just my experience almost everyone's that we talk puzzled after coming here. Epam interviews are quite easy to clear and while joining they may give a good salary. BUT, the client interviews are not so easy to clear and you may feel risky about your job during this period. Employees who don't clear interviews at later point are said to leave EPAM. In my case I had to prepare for three months to get absorbed. Learning culture is good but you won't get time at times, in my case DBS was my client and they used to extract good amt of work from me. You have to complete mandatory modules repeatedly. It's very irritating. If complained they say it's at global level we can't change. Good amount of time will be lost. You will be under a resource head. Some will be cool. Some behave like technical Managers or Boss. They will ask you to fill forms..etc repeatedly it's too is irritating.
