      Good Product Engineering Services company, but offshore skill set not balanced !!!

      Pros

      Good learning opportunity in a pure product engineering standards. Very good exposure to mature development and support projects for technology customers. I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt a great deal for Solution development in Digital and Integrated enterprise product development for customers

      - Lack of skilled resources with technology experience - Traditional management approach, leading to highly confused and uncontrolled project engagements

      Trainings (unfortunately I work out of office on customer site so can not participate on these events) Free coffee and soft drinks (-||-) Rest rooms (-||-)

      Cons

      You are only a body. It's hard to change project. If you got a wrong project you must stay there or quit the company. EPAM Academy is only good for stick employees for years to EPAM.

      Interesting projects / clients.

      Cons

      Do not expect to be treated as a part of EPAM or client company.You are just a resource for both of them. Compensation package is average. Vacation - 10 days for the first 5 years. Almost nothing for bonus. Good as a temporary job opportunity.
