Pros

There are perks, such as relaxed dress, free drinks, free lunch once a week and some social activities. Previously, I would have said that a pro was the company was growing and advancement opportunities were available... but see below. It still is a small company atmosphere, for the most part. There are a lot of good people here. There is a lot of really top-shelf work being done here, and the client list is very impressive.

Cons

The owners recently sold the company to a large, foreign-run firm. This means that all of those opportunities that come from growing with a small company are gone. Now all of those positions I could have been promoted to only exist in foreign countries. Support positions have to work endless hours of unpaid overtime to keep up with the workload. Cries for additional manpower go nowhere. Managers don't complete reviews in a timely manner. Promises for pay increases never come true.

Pros

The people servicing the accounts are a great bunch of people and work hard to get it done.

Cons

Probably the least prepared, professional, and diverse leadership team I've seen. As a result they sell far more then they can manage, expect the impossible, fail to plan effectively, disappoint clients, mistreat their people, and are bleeding talent.

Pros

During Covid when they were desperate for headcount and had lots of projects they paid well or over the odds to attract top talent with good bonuses and long-term incentive share options.

Cons

Limited opportunities in the UK and UK resources are generally too expensive for the customers and locations where EPAM provides body shop resources. No job security. Line managers were forced to manage out-of-the-business underperforming and low-billable team members. Disorganised management in certain divisions with no people skills, treated like numbers rather than human beings.
