      there are no standards to follow as company policy , everything it has to be approved by the company owner even little things so the managers don't have large authorities

      EPIC is a company that truly cares about its employees. Talent within the organization is recognized and rewarded. People who like to take ownership for their work will thrive in a place like EPIC.

      Cons

      Really no con's to speak of, I have always been treated more than fairly. If I would say one thing it would be to add more office space, as the company is out growing its current offices.
