      salary, no taxation, flexible hours, european school

      Cons

      Unrealistic goal setting, focus on production and not in quality, short sighted management. Management and HR by terror, bad atmosphere, lack of solidarity, competition among employees, huge stress, distant management, from now on 5 year contracts.

      Salary, flexible working time, good social package

      Cons

      This is a special job, unusual for an engineer. The examiner judges other people's work, is not creative him/herself. Examiner's career can be compared to a Lawyer's or a Doctor's career: Throughout the year he/she becomes autonomous and gets expertise, nevertheless the content of the job remains practically unchanged.
