Pros

Great place to work if you love sports. It's not for everyone though. Disney benefits. The people are nice, and are great to work with.

Cons

Irregular and varying working hours and days off for certain positions. The company promotes work-life balance, but it's difficult to have balance with demanding projects and shows.
