Pros

Everyone is very supportive and friendly, and because the departments are quite separate, it means you get to know everyone pretty well within your near proximity.

Cons

CT and Bristol are not fun or happening places within which to reside. But on the plus side you're only an hour and a half away from Boston or New York City.
