Pros

All about sports. ESPN is the capital of sports channel. Benefits are good and the perks are nice because Disney owns ESPN and you will get a lot of perks what Disney employees have,

Cons

You will not have time for the weekend. This position mainly congested in working 10hr days/nights. If you very dedicated. Go for it.Pay grade isn't as competitive as others. Less likely to get promoted.
