ESPN and Disney could not be a better employer. They truly work to make the employment experience about much more than work. The benefits are great and the incentives are motivating.

Cons

Like many large corporations, there are many layers of bureaucracy to deal with. 90% of the time, the people doing the best work are rewarded and compensated for their efforts. But you'll see the squeaky wheel get the grease 10% of the time and that can be pretty frustrating.
