deal with teams of some of the main publications of the country. Since company is under transformation (trying to reinvent its business and products), work gets very challenging.
Cons
Despite being creative, some employees are not very proactive nor inventive. most part of the decisions in almost all departments are imposed by the president himself. Processes, policies and values are not clear.
