      This is perhaps the best place in my work experience) If you are lucky enough to get into the company, you will understand everything yourself. Excellent attitude of the HR department, full support and adaptation in the first days of work

      Managers take feedback and improve processes

      Managers listen to employees and ask for feedback. Based on ideas I shared during our discussion, they make improvements and update targets. It’s very cool when your opinion is valued, and you are consulted as a professional. I feel appreciated here.

      As any startup, they trying to build processes and find their way.
