Hello! We greatly appreciate your feedback; we are truly disappointed that you had a negative experience. Our overarching goal and value is to support a high-performance culture with an excellent employee experience. We understand that a culture with high expectations and commensurate high compensation can be challenging for some, and we are always looking to improve - thank you for your notes! All employment conditions are unequivocally guaranteed; there is not a single case in our history where an employee has not received one of the terms of their agreement. Having grown to a global company with over 230 employees, we have standard payment terms, including our monthly payment schedule, which has never been obfuscated. This schedule is of course included in all documentation mutually signed prior to a start date, and we encourage all new employees to fully read their agreements prior to signing. We are deeply saddened by even an allegation of “illegal” conduct, as we hold ourselves to a standard of no less than rigid, impeccable compliance on this front. While we have no record of a single complaint ever bringing anything to our attention, in the history of the company, we would welcome a discussion on this front - please reach out to us. As with all startups, we are highly sensitive to the vagaries of the market; especially in our circumstances of rapid growth and expansion, we do indeed put forth rapid and frequent process improvements to ensure that we meet the changing needs of both our clients and our global employee base. All changes, especially those relating to variable compensation plans, are always fully documented. We pride ourselves on a best-in-class commission structure; we understand that for an employee not meeting the requisite performance targets, this can be an area of frustration - we appreciate your feedback, and we will ensure that we offer forth even more transparency in communications for our employees that are not achieving their goals. We have an open-door policy for feedback, or requests for assistance, and have dedicated business line HR business partners for every department to support any and all needs.
