Where do I start... This company is like an old dinasour from the past. Almost exclusively run by hierarchical, middle aged Italian men who are not able to adapt to new ways of working or accept any challenge to their direct instructions. I thought it would change wihen they went public. But time is ticking for the old guard who still reign supreme . The usual corporate messages - people are our most important resource, be bold, try new things. Unfortunately, what goes on behind closed doors at the very top is more like children who shout if they don't get their own way, casting aside anyone who does not comply.
