If you are in a commercial position, you will earn well. It is well located, the workplace. You have health benefits, a dietary supplement, and a tool learning platform within the company.

Cons

Work is undervalued. There is no meritocracy. It is a very bureaucratic system which prevents you from moving forward many times, and decision-making can take years to be approved, so in a competitive market you end up being uncompetitive. They should better filter the "leaders" of the areas because the company does a lot of communication about good practices that are not necessarily applied.
