Pros
Big company but not too much. If you are curious you can see all development process, from idea to production (including customer feedback, business case, industrialization process, ...). There are also the possibility to move trough different department and cooperate with international environments.
Cons
Being a large company you can sometimes feel distant from decisions or strategies. However, remember that satisfaction and seeing your work make customers' lives better.
