      Large, Old, Global Company. Silo style of operation. European management hierarchy. Lack of passion in some facilities. The is no old tribal knowledge.

      There are good benefits, the salary is quite good as well. All in all a good płace to work. I would recommend.

      Cons

      Sometimes the job itself may come off as boring, but most of the time it can be interesting. It also depends on the team.
