      Pros

      One of best things I liked about Electrolux Major Appliances is the ability to move up in the company with hard work.

      Cons

      Management often places employees in positions where they can not thrive. Testing should be done to where the employee makes the biggest contribution to the company and they are happiest.

      Good co-workers is the high point here. They make it easier to come into the office and get through the day.

      Cons

      Company direction is constantly changing and leadership is very weak. It is common to see promotions and/or awards handed to poor performing individuals due to alliances.

      Pros

      Discounts on appliances, Office building is beautiful. Employees work hard.

      Cons

      Having to pick up extra responsibilities , due to lay offs. Experienced managers laid off and new managers do not know what they are doing. my whole department was outsourced after 2 months of turmoil and management change. We all were very stressed with the work load and management kept saying they were going to help us. They never helped our department.
