      Pros

      Good facility, fun category to be in. Being in Charlotte,NC is a lot better than being in a strip mall in August, GA.

      Cons

      All manual processes. Unsophisticated way to lead and manage employees. Leaders grew up by hob nobbing and kissing up to their managers. No structured ways to execute. No long term strategy for meaningful growth.

      This company is very badly managed , they don't recognize talents , they hire family and friends and promote each other , lot of hypocrisy and politics , I would not recommend it to anyone who want a rewarding career ...
