the point system. They dont care about the temps. You can work just as hard as the regular workers and get treated like crap. most jobs roll over after 90 days. They try to make you wait over 6 months and if you have over 2 points, you can kiss being full time goodbye! Also, The management doesnt care about the workers. Ive seen people who worked there for years get fired because of that point system. You can be in a life and death situation they will still tell you they dont care and you get a point!

Face time is valued more than results. You can get work done in half the time, but instead of valuing your results, colleagues will backstab you and bosses will throw you more work. Has too many meetings. Can't get anything done cause stuck in meetings. End up doing overtime. You get judged for not wanting to do overtime. Why do overtime if I can get work done during normal hours? Leadership is ineffective and power-hungry. Don't expect netflix-style of leadership or management. Culture is also toxic. Plenty of gossiping and rumors spreading. Either play the game or get used as a pawn.
