      Pros

      Multinational company where is a diversity of people which give me the opportunity to learn and to be exposed to different cultures. Respect law and Human rights. Look for talent . It offers opportunity to grow in your career

      Cons

      Look for cost saving all the time, put pressure to acheive EBIT, they do not have black and white policy. That could impact on employee morale especially if they don't know the rule.

      Great support staff, good benefits if you can get hired on full time, fairly decent compensation package including bonus. Discount on products.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE management! They get rid of good employees and replace them with friends and relatives who are clueless. The company culture encourages throwing colleagues under the bus and running them over. If you are not part of the "in" crowd, expect to have a short career. You will be treated with indifference and then thrown away with the rest of the trash.
