All of our employees need clear communication and proper training in their jobs, and no one should feel as though s/he did not have the opportunity or tools to succeed.       Good international working environment, friendly space. Space for being creative Independent in the role and no micromanagement work-life balance

      Cons

      not fairly compensating people keeping people that are not capable of performing in their role slow in terms of decision making
