This company has destroyed many lives including their customers with their terrible products. The company does not value their customers or employee's. Awards they claim, regarding their products have not brought them anymore in sales, after burning down several houses. An open door policy does not mean , to constantly replace employee's every week. That's a revolving door! They are under constant audit fails regarding controls, and will do nothing to address the accuracy of the numbers because it may mean a leader may lose their job.. The upper management have disappointed many who cared and have been committed to the growth for many years. The leaders are so busy trying to save their own jobs, they have lost focus on what really matters.
