      I was able to have exposure to multiple different projects and departments being in Small Appliances.

      Cons

      No room for growth and or advancement in current role.

      Pros

      Weekly pay, friendly employees, overtime pay, three breaks, a lot of different positions in the facility, decent selection of food in the cafeteria.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime at times, loud, repetitive work, time can feel like it is going slow and your hands will usually be in agony until they get used to the work.

      The Products, the people, the company's core values.

      Cons

      Availability issues last year was a big challenge, but there is always an other perspective on downside, it brought Team members to share ideas an help each other.
