Thank you for your review of Electrolux. It's great to hear that, like many reviews we read from the US, you enjoy your colleagues and the industry in general. Unfortunately those Pros can be overshadowed by the things you mention in the Cons section. Even without knowing any specifics, I can say that we do believe we are a pay-for-performance company, but if you feel this has not been the case for you personally or for others you know, I would ask you to get in touch with us in Group HR so that we can look into the case(s). We are happy to hear that you enjoyed working with your previous colleagues and that you were able to participate in larger projects that created valuable learning experiences.
