      Pay decent, thats about it

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, paid pretty well, nice office space, you had a set schedule every week, paid time off, lunch vendors were good

      Cons

      No one was happy there, environment was depressing, management and coworkers didn't care about customer satisfaction, only call times. Not enough emphasis on the qualities of good support

      Thanks for your review of Electrolux. As an employer we are always looking for ways to develop our people further but we do rely on managers to have real conversations with their employees on where they want to go in their careers and where the business is leading. Then an individualized development plan can be created which an employee has had a hand in forming and will have a hand in completing.
