      Pros

      Weekly pay, friendly employees, overtime pay, three breaks, a lot of different positions in the facility, decent selection of food in the cafeteria.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime at times, loud, repetitive work, time can feel like it is going slow and your hands will usually be in agony until they get used to the work.

      The Products, the people, the company's core values.

      Cons

      Availability issues last year was a big challenge, but there is always an other perspective on downside, it brought Team members to share ideas an help each other.

      good work/life balance lots of positions solid house of recognizable brands

      Cons

      Lack of interest and understanding of the North American marketplace from Stockholm headquarters - despite many of top leadership being from NA.
