- In Sweden the company give opportunity to learn for relatively young professionals - Would still recommend the company provided you get into the right area and have the right manager.

Cons

- Pay grades in general are below market. Inconsistency at the top levels and below par for young professionsal - No clear development plans - Some departments are very politically driven - Lack of feedback
