As you point out, this enables us to retain the knowledge and expertise of our employees and it also saves time, money and energy when it comes to getting someone up to speed in a new role--so it's a win/win. As a side note: you mentioned that upper management is not diverse, but at least as that pertains to the Group, we have 7 different nationalities represented out of our 12 Group management members. This is quite diverse compared to other multinational companies, and we are very proud of this since it brings multiple perspectives and experiences that benefit the company as a whole. While we are happy to read the positives you have mentioned, we are strongly displeased to hear that some of our employees may be seen by others as disposable. This is completely against the Electrolux foundational element of respect and diversity where each person is valued for who they are, including the diverse skills and experiences they bring to their teams and the company as a whole. We rely on every employee (and especially those in HR) to be guardians of this belief and act according to it no matter the location. As you know, we have had recent changes in the North American leadership team (including HR) and we expect this thinking and way of treating people to be reinforced so that all employees share the same Electrolux experience throughout the Group.
