      Pros

      The benefits were very good there. The pay - Very good compared to alot of other labor jobs.

      Cons

      Supervisors and workers both would have benefited if Electrolux required all supervisors to attend seminars or the like on how to deal with the people they were in charge of. The boss above the supervisors really could have used some helpful ideas on how not to bring the workers morale down. Also needed instruction on how to get his point across to workers without humiliating or yelling at them. This person really dragged morale way down for workers under him.

      Great if you NEED an immediate job

      Cons

      Sexual harassment is a daily issue. People drink on the job. If you are physically incapable of doing a certain job- tough, you basically get your butt chewed. This place is a disgrace to the word professionalism. And it's anything but!!!

      Pros

      Overall great fellow employees that are a pleasure to work with. Electrolux in Anderson has great prototyping ability. Global focused company.

      Cons

      They do not allow all engineers to used their own CAD suite (Catia V5) Only the hand picked few are allowed without a real reason by management. Overall lack of Engineering knowledge and Physics knowledge among the engineering management. So they continually repeat the same mistakes. High stress office environment where most do not trust the management.
