      Pros

      The benefits were very good there. The pay - Very good compared to alot of other labor jobs.

      Cons

      Supervisors and workers both would have benefited if Electrolux required all supervisors to attend seminars or the like on how to deal with the people they were in charge of. The boss above the supervisors really could have used some helpful ideas on how not to bring the workers morale down. Also needed instruction on how to get his point across to workers without humiliating or yelling at them. This person really dragged morale way down for workers under him.

      - in some positions it is hard to be promoted - bureaucracy making it hard to change processes - negative financial results are influencing whole sector rules, but not everyone is responsible - SAP
