      Pros

      Great "Global" working company that put's the customer very high on they're priority list. Awarding the employees correct slaries for job's well executed.

      Cons

      Dispite all the efforts to merge all regions to "One Electrolux", local or regional management still think they are running they're own kingdom.

      As every big company, sometimes lack of connection between global strategies and local execution of it. Slow implementation of actions as well
