      Pros

      Learn alot about consumer appliance business. Good people to work around. Very nice campus.

      Cons

      They over promise and under deliver in terms of compensation. They have continually lost market share and purposely shrunk the business in small appliances. They constantly restructure to save the careers of people in leadership positions that don't deserve to be in those positions.

      Pros

      Building is air conditioned in the summer and has heated in the winter.

      Cons

      Highly stressful environment and management cannot be trusted. If you are honest about issues it will come back to haunt you. You are better off shutting up and not try to make things better. It does not matter how many positive things you do or customer issues you resolve, they are quick to put you down for the smallest things. Has become a truly dark corporate environment. Quality employees are not a priority. They want corporate puppets.

      Lack of senior management decision making ability and overall lack of engineering logic.

      Pros

      Overall great fellow employees that are a pleasure to work with. Electrolux in Anderson has great prototyping ability. Global focused company.

      Cons

      They do not allow all engineers to used their own CAD suite (Catia V5) Only the hand picked few are allowed without a real reason by management. Overall lack of Engineering knowledge and Physics knowledge among the engineering management. So they continually repeat the same mistakes. High stress office environment where most do not trust the management.
