      Pros

      Benefits are ok, but are pretty expensive.

      Cons

      Horribly mismanaged! This is the worst place I have ever worked. There is no work life balance, and employees are treated terribly. The upper management has no idea what they are doing and they are losing good employees because of it. They are running this plant in to the ground. The parking situation is also awful and they need to add more exits.

      Pros

      Can be friendly place. They have mediocre, but promising programs. Although they will not admit, their programs emulate Japanese systems.

      Cons

      Unless you are salaried, you are inferior in mind, experience, abilities, and education. Yet, some old school entry level management are functionally illiterate. PTO SYSTEM SUCKS AS DOES SOME BENEFITS. Many of their managers are either young and/or have never worked in a manufacturing facility.
