      people are good and great to work with.

      too many changes...not sure what the strategy is...lots of words used, but management is not sure how to operationalize it.

      Good co workers , nice ac , made a few friends to keep around that's about it

      Cons

      Manager treat you like nothing they don't roll over for bout a year and they do random drug test so if that's cool go for it

      Some Good, More Bad

      Pros

      The product is fantastic and easy to get behind and sell. Always felt it was finding ways to innovate and bring new products to market. Some levels of management were very supportive.

      Cons

      Personal lack of opportunity due to nepotism. Missed out on 2 promotions over 8 years that eventually went to family members of other employees. The last one was the final straw for me as I was qualified and local and the position went to the son of another employee fresh out of college, no experience, and who was relocated.
