Dead end job where management treats you like garbage. Plant manager and company as a whole treats its employees like mindless robots and expect them to put up with the constant changes, rude, sometimes abusive, behavior and awful communication from management. Little to no room to grow and expand at this company. Had to be out because I had mono once, got a doctors note saying I couldn’t come in because I was contagious. Gave Electrolux this note and despite that, they still penalized me for this and put a point against my attendance. The people who run this company don’t care about their employees or the fact that they are human beings with real lives and problems. Do not work here

Overpromise benefits and positions. With results delivered, but cannot fulfil the promise for higher role despite 2 years of waiting.
