Cons

Low morale, many talk about leaving or getting fired. Manager was incredibly incompetent and created a hostile work environment from week 1. Return to office push not thought through, company seems disorganised and barely functioning underneath the facade. For instance, they didn't pay someone's language bonus for 3 years
