Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow both horizontally and vertically.

Cons

Geographically dispersed management and cultural differences could create friction. Elsevier deserves credit for embracing virtual and remote work before Covid, but the cons to that included a lot of time shifting that could be very hard.

Pros

Work life balance is good

Cons

Low salary and too much favouritism of managers. Indian management wants everything to happen perfectly without spending money.
