Pros

Great products, vision. Comp/commission can be beneficial if sales ops sets you up for success.

Cons

Toxic culture, No loyalty and leadership doesn't care what you've done for them. Will get you out once they have a "valid reason" as to not pay people severance.

Pros

- Great environment - Good learning opportunity - Job stability as legacy organization - Diverse product portfolio -> Numerous things to do

Cons

- Growth is slow or negligible - Compensation is not fair - Leadership issues (like most of corporates) - Too many processes, without any action - Poor work life balance (No dedicated work shifts, juggle around as per need basis)

Pros

Good company and good work life balance and benefits.

Cons

Salary could be higher compared to other positions and more transparency on pay would also be nice
