Thanks for leaving your review. Compensation is always a hot topic in any industry. We benchmark our salaries externally, using both a general benchmark and a technology-specific benchmark to ensure we stay competitive. We offer competitive rates plus an array of great benefits.

Pros

The hours are Flexible, which is nice. Colleague are nice

Cons

Gap between upper management and the sales team. Issues are frequently attributed solely to sales, even when they arise from broader organisational problems, such as, a buggy and unreliable database. Despite these challenges, the responsibility for performance often falls entirely on the sales department. While open communication is encouraged "in theory", in practice, perspectives that don't align with management are often labelled as negative. Those who challenge the status quo may be side lined, while those with low expectations or who simply go along with leadership tend to be more readily accepted. Let's be clear they won't grow... but they'll be accepted

Thank you for sharing your perspective so candidly. We recognise that firm performance is only possible when systems, structures, and teams are aligned, and that includes listening to constructive feedback, even when it challenges us. While there may have been gaps in how this has been experienced, we are committed to bridging them. Our focus is on improving collaboration across departments, ensuring tools and processes support rather than hinder, and creating an environment where different voices are not just heard but valued. Growth comes from openness and accountability, and we are determined to foster both. We encourage you to feel empowered by speaking to your manager or HR business partner regarding any concerns.
