Pros

Lots of good employees who want what is best Remote work

Cons

I could write a book. Extremely bureaucratic. Unable to innovate. Stagnate growth opportunities for internal employees due to lack of innovation. Terrible leadership in my business unit and a toxic culture. Many people are trying to get out.
